Our process begins with a short, no-obligation call to understand your estate planning needs. We discuss your goals, why you're considering an estate plan, and what you hope to accomplish. This conversation helps determine if our services are the right fit. If it’s a good match, we schedule a free estate plan review.
In this meeting, we take a deep dive into your specific situation. We gather details about your family, beneficiaries, assets, and property. Based on this information, we provide a tailored recommendation, outlining the pros and cons of your options, along with any potential alternatives. This ensures you have a comprehensive understanding before making any decisions.
After presenting your estate plan recommendation, we provide a clear, fixed price based on our publicly available fee schedule. There are no hidden costs or surprises—just straightforward pricing that ensures fairness for every client, regardless of their financial situation.
Engagement & Payment
Drafting Your Plan
Once you're ready to move forward, we formalize the process with an engagement agreement. You’ll pay the agreed-upon fee upfront, covering all aspects of your estate plan from start to finish. This eliminates uncertainty and ensures a smooth process moving forward.
We get to work crafting your estate plan. Our turnaround time is typically one week or less for a first draft. You'll have the opportunity to review the documents and request any necessary adjustments. We hold a follow-up meeting—either in person or over the phone—to finalize the details before scheduling the signing.
Execute Your Plan
The final step is the execution of your estate plan. You’ll visit our office to sign the documents, and we’ll provide you with a professionally organized estate planning binder containing all of your legal documents. Additionally, you’ll receive a digital PDF copy of your signed documents for easy access and safekeeping.
