What we collect
When you use this site, we may collect:
- Contact form submissions. If you send a message through the form, the information you type (such as your name, email, phone if provided, and message) is delivered to us through Formspree, a form service.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. That can include pages viewed, approximate location (not a street address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site (for example, a search engine or a referring link).
Why we collect it
We use contact form messages to respond to people who ask about our services. We use analytics to see which pages are useful, fix problems, and improve the site. We do not use this information for targeted advertising.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this website for targeted advertising or remarketing.
Who we share with
We share website-related information only with service providers that help us run the site:
- Google Analytics (site usage measurement)
- Formspree (contact form delivery)
- Hostinger (website hosting)
Those providers process information on our behalf so the site and form can work.
Google Analytics opt-out
You can limit Google Analytics with the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
Contact form is not attorney-client communication
Sending a message through the website contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. If we later represent you, we will set up a proper way to communicate.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages as long as needed to respond and for ordinary law-firm records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and Google’s retention options.
